Kings of War - Game 1

Game 1:
Kingdoms of Men vs Elves (1000pts each)

View from the center of the Humans' deployment zone: two regiments of Foot Guards and one troop of Mounted Scouts with Pistols. In the distance, a horde of Elven archers.

View from the right side of the Humans' deployment zone: one regiment of Knights. In the distance, a regiment of Elven knights.

Birdeye view of the deployment: Humans in the bottom right, Elves on the top left (horde of Archers,  regiment of Palace Guards and regiment of StormWind Cavalry).

turns 1 and 2: Elven shooting decimated two regiments of Foot Guards
turns 3: Human knights decimated Elven knights.

Human knights are charged by the Palace Guards, while the Human Foot Guards (or what remains of them) finally make contact with the horde of Archers.

turn 4: Elven Palace Guards finished off Human knights.
turn 5: Human arquebusiers finished off Elven Palace Guards.
turn 6: Elven archers finished the remaining humans.

Small victory for the Elves. Boo...!

Game 1 bis (I did not play):
Salamanders vs Elves (1000pts each)
turns 1 and 2: Salamanders advance and shrug off the buckets of arrows landing in their face.

Salamanders advancing toward the Elven deployment zone.

Elven knights eager to charge a big Dinosaur. Bad idea.

turn 3: Elven knights charge the Salamander big dinosaur.
turn 4: Salamanders flank charge the Elven knights and slaughter them.
turns 5 and 6: Salamanders reach the Elven archers on the hill and slaughter them.

Large victory for the Salamanders. Small compensation for the Humans who lost the previous battle.
